Executive Director, The Lenfest Foundation
Stacy Holland is an unapologetic advocate for youth and has held several positions in the educational and nonprofit sector. Currently, she serves as executive director of The Lenfest Foundation, where she pursues her passion of serving vulnerable youth throughout Philadelphia. Previously, Holland served as chief of strategic partnerships for the school district of Philadelphia, where she led the district’s fundraising initiatives and built the office of Strategic Partnerships responsible for organizing the ecosystem of partnerships for more than 200 schools. Before this, she served as president & CEO of the Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN), a nonprofit she co-founded in 1999, which promotes positive post-secondary and economic outcomes. Holland holds an undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey in marketing with an International Certification, and a graduate degree in student development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
