Doug Stone is a founder of Triad Consulting Group and has taught negotiation at Harvard Law School for more than 20 years. He is a co-author of two New York Times bestsellers, Difficult Conversations and Thanks for the Feedback. He has consulted to organizations and governmental agencies around the world, including the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, the World Health Organization (WHO), Apple, Pixar, Merck, TimeWarner, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center, and the White House.
