Christine Kidd, Director of Program Innovation, Center for Employment Opportunities
Christine Kidd began her career in Chelsea, MA as a youthworker at Roca Inc and, subsequently, supported 9th graders and parenting students in Chelsea Public Schools. After completing her graduate studies she went on to work with the Government Performance Lab where she supported the Rhode Island state government’s efforts to reform the Department of Children Youth & Families and other human service agencies. At CEO she oversees program improvement efforts across the organization, now encompassing 14 offices serving 4,500 participants per year. Christine is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals and communities, in particular at the intersection of workforce development, education, healthcare, and the justice system. She received her BA from Dickinson College and her Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
