Pervasive inequality strikes at the heart of a shared belief that all human beings have inherent worth and dignity. In recent years, the issue of inequality has received increased attention by funders of many types and sizes. Drawing from his research on mobility and economic opportunities for low-income children, Stanford economist Raj Chetty will share his insights on pathways out of poverty that can help funders better understand how to approach combatting inequality with data. Dr. Chetty will then join a panel of foundation and nonprofit leaders committed to combatting the roots and effects of inequality through their work.
