When an organization or intervention has demonstrated evidence of effectiveness, the question of whether to “scale” is almost inevitable. As organizations begin to think about increasing their impact, they and their funders are faced with challenging questions about whether to scale and, if so, the most effective way to expand their efforts without compromising their success.
